Madhya Pradesh Metro Rail Corporation Limited vigilance is the nodal organization for handling all vigilance matters of the Madhya Pradesh Metro Rail Corporation. The Chief Vigilance Officer, heads this unit. The CVO is assisted by two Vigilance Officers.
The MPMRCL vigilance unit works in close coordination with the Vigilance unit of the Ministry of Housing & Urban Affairs, New Delhi. The functions of vigilance in MPMRCL are to conduct preventive checks, enforcement of anti-corruption measures to maintain integrity in the public services, to promote best practices with adequate controls and transparency in place for professional, efficient, effective decision making and to investigate the complaints received from various sources.
Vigilance also advises system improvement where-ever necessary to improve the administrative functioning of MPMRCL. MPMRCL vigilance will also arrange vigilance awareness programme from time to time.
